This FAQ is here to answer your questions about participating in the Technical Showcase at Adobe Lehi Developer Day.

What is the Technical Showcase?
It’s a science-fair-style poster and demo session where Adobe Lehi engineers share projects, tools, ideas, or experiments. Think internal conference meets show-and-tell.
When is the Showcase?
Thursday, May 15, 2025 from 10:00-11:30am in the Hangar.
When’s the deadline to register as a presenter?
Registration has closed!
What should I expect as a presenter?

Each presenter (or team) gets a station in the Hangar: either an easel with your printed poster or a demo table with power access. If you’re demoing, you’ll need to bring your own equipment.

Please arrive at your station immediately after the keynote (~9:50am). The Showcase runs from 10:00–11:30am. Attendees will drop by throughout the 90-minute session to chat and ask questions.

Can I see some poster examples?
Of course! Check out the poster templates page for downloadable templates and previous examples.
What are the dimensions of a poster?
48” x 36” (either landscape or portrait orientation).
Is there a required format for posters?
Please use PowerPoint or Illustrator so we can standardize printing. Please set the dimensions to 48” x 36” (either landscape or portrait orientation).
Where do I submit my poster?
Poster submission is closed!
Can I edit my poster after submitting?
No, poster submission is closed!
Do I need to bring my own printed poster?
Nope. All posters submitted by the May 1 deadline have been submitted to print.
What happens to the posters after the Showcase?
Posters will be moved to the catwalk after the Showcase and will stay on display for the rest of Developer Day.
Can I keep my poster after the event?
Yes! You’re welcome to take your poster home at the end of the day. Any unclaimed posters will be collected and recycled.
Can I do a live demo instead of (or in addition to) a poster?
While posters are preferred, live demos are welcome. Please note that demo space is limited and we are not able to provide equipment (but we’ll do our best to accommodate power needs, let us know).
Will I have access to power?
If you’re doing a demo that requires it, let us know in your registration summary or on Slack in #lehi-devday-showcase and we’ll do our best to place you near an outlet.
How many presenters can share a project?
We recommend up to two presenters per showcase simply due to spacing constraints.
How will attendees find my poster?
We’ll provide printed guides and an online resource with titles, abstracts, and presenter names.
Can I participate if I’m not a developer?
Yes! The Showcase takes place in the Hangar from 10:00-11:30am on Thursday, May 15. Please join us!
Do I need to register separately for Developer Day?
Yes, all Showcase presenters should also register for the full Developer Day event.
